Umaid Bhawan Palace, located at Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India, is one of the world's largest private residences. A part of the palace is managed by Taj Hotels. Named after Maharaja Umaid Singh, grandfather of the present owners of the palace, this monument has 347 rooms and serves as the principal residence of the erstwhile Jodhpur royal family.

Umaid Bhavan Palace located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is considered among the world’s largest private residences. One part of the palace is managed by the Taj Hotels and the other part belongs to the royal family. The present owner of the Umaid is Gaj Singh, who is the grandson of Umaid Singh, on whom the palace was named.

The palace is the main residence of the former royal family of Jodhpur. Spread across 26 acres of lush greenery, the palace has a total of 347 rooms, out of which 64 rooms have been converted into hotel rooms. The hotel also houses three fine-dining restaurants, where the guests are offered Rajasthani as well as international cuisine.
