We are midway through a lockdown and looking forward to the day we all are set free. Hopefully, we would come out of this experience stronger as humans and with a stronger bonding as well. The lockdown can be a time to take up new hobbies or it can be seen as a time to make some lifestyle changes for a healthier future. You can take up all those lifestyle changes which you knew would make you a better person and a healthier one, but just could not get around to (for what else but the lack of time)!
